Refund policy

This Return Policy describes how customers of Lavalin Ltd. may return or exchange items purchased through www.lavalin.eu.

1. Legal background

This policy complies with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (Закон за защита на потребителите) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Consumers shopping online have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their goods, without giving any reason.

2. Right of withdrawal (returns)

If you wish to return a product, you must notify us within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person designated by you) received the goods.

To exercise this right:

  • Please email us at lavalin.ltd@gmail.com to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
  • We will then send you a Return Form, which must be filled out and emailed back to us.
  • After we confirm receipt of the form, you must return the goods within 14 calendar days.

3. Return conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition;
  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging;
  • Be accompanied by any receipt or order confirmation.

If the items show signs of wear, damage, or use beyond what is necessary to examine them (such as makeup stains, perfume, or missing tags), we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to cover the diminished value.

4. Costs of return

  • The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for ensuring the items reach us safely.
  • We do not accept cash-on-delivery return shipments.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue your refund within 14 calendar days.
  • Refunds will be made to the bank account specified in the Return Form you provide.
  • We will refund the full purchase price.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, please mention this in your return email.
We will process the exchange after receiving your returned item and confirming availability of the requested replacement.

7. Exceptions

Currently, Lavalin.eu does not sell underwear, swimwear, or other hygiene-sensitive products, so there are no product categories excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at lavalin.ltd@gmail.com.

9. Legal notice

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Bulgarian or EU law.
If we fail to properly inform you of your right of withdrawal, the 14-day period is automatically extended up to 12 months.
